We're requesting an identification to verify that you meet our service eligibility and to ensure that you're in compliance with the User Agreement. Under the "DO's" and "DON'Ts" section, it states that you agree not to create a false identity on OWNER GROUP.

We're using this information solely for the purpose of validating your identity and assisting you with accessing your account. We'll remove any and all copies of identity you've provided once the verification process is resolved.

We have an extremely secure upload and storage system allowing us to apply rigorous security standards while ensuring your identity verification documents remain in strictest confidence. Please contact Customer Support with any questions or concerns regarding how we protect your identification information.

During the validation process, we may contact your company in order to verify the information provided. We must ensure that there are not fake profiles and that the registered person is the one in charge either of commercial transactions, alternative sales channels or supply chain. This will lead into building a platform clean of spam and with reliable members to trade with.

There are several ways that OWNER GROUP ensures the privacy and security of documents submitted to us. By default, OWNER GROUP uses a secure connection (https). This means when people submit documents to us, the information is encrypted when we receive it. We also encrypt this information on disk, and only team members who work on helping people with account issues can see the encrypted documents. We then automatically delete IDs 30 days after they've been submitted.

We also encourage anyone who submits a document to cover up any personal information that we don't need to see (ex: address, social security number).

We can accept a variety of documents, not just government-issued IDs. The full list of documents includes things like transit or other membership cards that include full name and photo.

When submitting documentation, please cover up any personal information we don't need to verify your identity (ex: ID number, Social Security number, address, etc.). We just need to see your name, surname and your photo.

We encrypt people’s connections to OWNER GROUP by default, including IDs you send to us. We delete your ID information after verification is complete.

You received this email because an OWNER GROUP member is inviting you to join our network. OWNER GROUP allows people to send invitations to their contacts by entering an email address or by uploading their contacts.

If you're already registered for OWNER GROUP, your friend may have used an email address of yours that isn't currently linked to your account. If you'd like, you can add this email address to your existing OWNER GROUP account to ensure that you won't get invitations sent to that address in the future.

If you don't have an OWNER GROUP account and would like to create one, you can use this email to start the registration process.

If you don't want to receive invites from your friends, you can use the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.

OWNER GROUP is a network where people use their authentic identities. We require our members to provide the name they use in real life; that way, you always know who you're connecting with. This helps keep our network safe.

Please refrain from adding any of these to your name:

    • Symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, repeating characters or punctuation.
    • Characters from multiple languages.
    • Titles of any kind (ex: professional, religious).
    • Words, phrases or nicknames in place of a middle name.
    • Offensive or suggestive words of any kind.

Other things to keep in mind:

    • The name you use should be your authentic identity; as your friends call you in real life and as our acceptable identification forms would show.
    • Nicknames can be used as a first or middle name if they're a variation of your authentic name (like Bob instead of Robert).
    • Personal accounts are for individual use only and Corporate accounts are for professional personas, organizations and businesses.
    • Pretending to be anything or anyone isn't allowed.

If your authentic name isn’t listed on your account, please change your name.
