By visiting Owner Group and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

CONTRACT
You agree that by clicking “Join Now”, “Join Owner Group”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Owner Group (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). If you do not agree to this contract (“Contract” or “User Agreement”), do not click “Join Now” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.

SERVICES
This Contract applies to ownergroup.net and other Owner Group-related sites, apps, communications and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract (“Services”), including the offsite collection of data for those Services. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This Contract applies to both Members and Visitors.

OWNER GROUP
You are entering into this Contract with Owner Group (also referred to as “we” and “us”).

 

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

Obligations

SERVICE ELIGIBILITY
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18.

To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (described below) or older; (2) you will only have one Owner Group account, which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by Owner Group from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 18.

“Minimum Age” means 18 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for Owner Group to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including using of your personal data) then the Minimum Age is such older age.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Members are account holders. You agree to:

1) Try to choose a strong and secure password;

2) Keep your password secure and confidential;

3) Sign up as Corporate member, if you are a company owner or decision maker from any company;

4) Sign up as Personal member, if you are a self-employed professional;

5) Not transfer any part of your account (e.g. Contacts); and

6) Follow the law and our list of Dos and Don’ts. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

As between you and others, your account belongs to you. However, if the Services were purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Who Saw Me bought by your company), the party paying for such Service has the right to control access to and get reports on your use of such paid Service; however, they do not have rights to your personal account.

PAYMENT
If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that:

Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).

We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay other Services you may buy.

If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.

All of your purchases of Services are subject to Owner Group’s refund policy.

We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

NOTICES AND MESSAGES
You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

Please review your settings to control and limit messages you receive from us.

SHARING
Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, item postings, groups and events. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other members, visitors or others (including off of the Services). Where we have made settings available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g. sharing updates only to Owner Group Contacts, restricting your profile visibility from search engines or certain members, etc.). For Home page activities, we default to showing to all the network members. So if you share an update through our Service, post an item or create any content, our default is to share it with all the members.

We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
 

 

By visiting Owner Group and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as 'Resources'), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

 

Wherein, you understand that:

 

a. In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

 

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.

 

c. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.

 

d. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

 

e. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.

 

f. You are solely responsible any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

 

g. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to Owner Group, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

 

i. Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language;

ii. Infringes on any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party;

Iii. Contains any type of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising;

Iiii. Impersonates any person or entity, including any ownergroup.net employees or representatives.

 

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

 

h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of Owner Group. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Owner Group, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our Privacy Policy.

 

i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner Group and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

 

 

Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we've created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. DOS

a. Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;

b. Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated;

c. Use your real name and photo on your profile; and

d. Use the Services in a professional manner.

DON'TS

a. Create a false identity on Owner Group, misrepresent your identity, create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another’s account;

b. Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services;

c. Override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Service (such as caps on keyword searches or profile views);

d. Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of Owner Group;

e. Disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others);

f. Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through the available sharing functionality) the posts or other content of others without their permission, which they may give by posting under a Creative Commons license;

g. Violate the intellectual property or other rights of Owner Group, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing our learning videos or other materials or (ii) copying or distributing our technology, unless it is released under open source licenses; (iii) using the word “ownergroup” or our logos in any business name, email, or URL;

h. Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;

i. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source;

j. Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Owner Group without our express consent (e.g., representing yourself as an accredited Owner Group personnel);

k. Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetize the Services or related data or access to the same, without Owner Group’s consent;

l. Deep-link to our Services for any purpose other than to promote your profile or a Group on our Services, without Owner Group’s consent;

m. Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages;

n. Monitor the Services’ availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;

o. Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;

p. Overlay or otherwise modify the Services or their appearance (such as by inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring an advertisement included on the Services);

q. Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms); and/or

r. Violate any additional terms concerning a specific Service that are provided when you sign up for or start using such Service.

 

 

By using Owner Group, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

 

i) the use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.

ii) the use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.

iii) the information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and

iv) any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.

 

Furthermore, you understand and agree that:

 

v) any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.

vi) no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from Owner Group or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.

 

 

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Owner Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

 

 

All content and materials available on ownergroup.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Owner Group, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Owner Group.

 

 

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of Owner Group and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

 

 

This website is controlled by Owner Group from our offices located in the state of Florida, United States. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Florida, by accessing Owner Group, you agree that the statutes and laws of Florida, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

 

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in United States, Florida You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

 

Guarantee

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, OWNER GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
