    This add on provides you with email notifications along with on-screen alerts that allows you to save up time on browsing for Items that you are specifically looking for. This way, you can go immediately to the Item Page to send a "Business Request" to the owner.

    The "Certified Member" badge is a seal that recognizes the outstanding performance of the members regarding exchanging activities.

    This seal is shown in Profile page and provides you with more credibility and trust, and therefore it can help you to receive a greater number of "Business Requests" than the rest of the members.

    To obtain this seal you must prove that you have fulfilled the 3 Outstanding Requirements below:

    • 5 Inkpots as overall "Business Rating" (1)
    • 8 Exchanges minimum in the last 2 months (2)
    • Exchanges totaling OGV 2,000 (3)

    (1) You must prove that you are as reliable as to get an average punctation of 5 points per exchange, so that your overall Business Rating shown in your Profile page is 5 Inkpots at the moment you request for this seal.
    (2) You must prove that you are doing businesses as frequent as a minimum of 8 exchanges in the last 2 months at the moment you request for this seal.
    (3) You must prove that your volume of businesses is as significant as to totalize OGV 2,000 amount among all your exchanges at the moment you request for this seal.

    The cost is US 60.00 for 1 year and you will receive the same amount in OGV (OGV 60) along with your seal as a reward for your outstanding performance.

    The seal can be renewed yearly if the above mentioned requirements remain still in force. On the other hand, Owner Group also holds the right to remove the seal if you lose 1 or more Inkpots of "Business Rating" anytime, if and only if it's proven that the rater member is correct on the qualification given to you.

    This feature provides you with a list of all the Items currently existing within the network that match with the Items you previously defined, saving up time on browsing for those Items and allowing you to go straight to the Item Page to send a "Business Request" to the owner.

    Please be aware that this is not an automatic feature, so if you don't click on "Items you may like" link in "Profile" page the email will not be sent. If you want automatic email notifications along with on-screen alerts you can learn about "Email Alerts" sub-feature here.

    The first thing you need to do is to publish the Items (goods and services) in your Profile page.

    Once you have published your Items you are ready to begin an exchange trade, so all you need to do is browse the Items Directory to find the one you like.

    When you find an Item you like you can send a "Business Request" for it to the owner. In this process, you will be asked to select what you want to give in exchange for the item: any of your items or an OGV amount. If you plan to give OGV make sure you have enough in your balance, otherwise you will be required to purchase.

    After this process, the "Business Request" will be sent to the owner who will be notified in 2 ways: in the "Notifications" icon and in the Item's "Business Request" button at Profile page. Clicking on any of those notifications he/she will be redirected to the Item's "Business Request" page, where will see more detailed information about the exchange, like who is sending the request, his/her location and the Item/s, or OGV amount, proposed for the exchange.

    The owner of the Item (receiver) has the right to accept or decline the exchange proposal. If it is accepted, you will be notified back.

    Additionally, both of you, can communicate anytime during this process, or once it has been accepted, via inbox messages to adjust any detail.

    After you come to an agreement, you can arrange to either meet up at your own convenience (if living at considerable distance) to finalize the exchange, or simply send the package via airmail carrier when the distance is a factor.
