A "Business Request" is an exchange request, where a member request to another member to trade items (goods or services).

You can send a "Business Request" on any item by clicking on the "Business Request" button of the item. When you do so, you will be required to select the Item(s), or either entering the OGV amount, that you want to give in exchange. Please note, that if you have not published any item yet, neither nor you have purchased OGV virtual currency, you will not be able to complete the request.

Once the request is succefully sent to the other member, he/she will receive a notification of this request in the "Notifications" icon along with another notification in his/her Profile page on the "Business Request" button of the corresponding item.

At this point, the other member will be able to choose whether to accept this request or not, as this request does not constitute any obligation to the other member on accepting it. The "Business Request" can be accepted or rejected by the other member without any commitment.

ICR stands for "Items Creation Reminder" and it's a kindly way to tell member to remember publishing their products or services (Create Items) because you might be interested in any of them, either if the member has not published any product or service yet or if you wish to see more of them.

The member who receives the ICR is notified via email and with an in site notification, along with a banner at the top of the Home page, from where is able to reply or delete it. Replying this reminder means notifying the member who sent it that the product or service has been published, while deleting it means just dismiss it.

Sending an ICR works in a similar way to Poke a user in Facebook.

A Contact Request is a connection request to become Contacts one each other. Being "Contacts" means almost the same that being Friends in other networks, therefore, members can interact more closely with their Contacts than with the rest of the members.

When a member sends out a Contact Request to other member, the recipient member must accept the request to become "Contacts".

Personal members cannot see the Corporate members's Profile page, neither nor their contact information in the hover card unless they are "Contacts".

Corporate members can see either Corporate or Personal members's Profile page, as well as their contact information in the hover card without being "Contacts".
