Send an ICR

If you are curious to know what a member has to offer, you can send an ICR to remind them to publish their products or services (Create Items).
To send an ICR you have 2 ways:
From Profile page:
1. Go to the member’s profile page and click on menu icon below profile picture.
2. Click on ICR option.
From Directory pages:
1. Navigate to "Professionals Directory" or "Companies Directory" page.
2. Click on the dropdown menu icon of the member you'd like to send the reminder and then click on ICR option.
